Kamberra Wine Company provides a scenic rural winery setting while being just minutes from the Canberra CBD. The various function rooms allow us to cater for all types of events from the intimate boardroom meeting to an outdoor event for 10,000 visitors.

Minimum numbers and minimum spends per person do apply to the different rooms and our sales executives will assist you in ensuring you have the right space for your event without being cramped or lost in a large room.

Below are listed the different venues and associated room hire charges. Some Conference packages and Wedding Packages include room hire and depending on the catering required room hire can also be negotiated for the larger events. Room hire does vary for the different events due to the complexity of the room setting required. Our sales staff will assist you in this area.

DEVINE ROOM

The DeVine room is the largest indoor space. Cathedral style entrance and stained glass give an ideal setting for Weddings and Wakes. The DeVine rooms has full length glass windows (with block out blinds) opening onto a covered veranda and open expanse of grassed area and the Rose Gardens, ideal for additional catering space such as pre-dinner drinks, morning teas or stand up style luncheons.

This room also includes built in dance floor, open fire place, sound system, drop down screen and excellent lighting.

FEDERATION ROOM

The Federation room consists of 2 boardrooms that can be combined to form one larger room. The room is idea for smaller meetings, breakout rooms or smaller banquets. The room also served as pre dinner drinks area for the DeVine room for larger events.

The Federation rooms has full length glass windows (with block out blinds) opening onto a covered veranda and open expanse of grassed area and the Rose Gardens,  ideal for additional catering space such as pre-dinner drinks, morning teas or stand up style luncheons. This room also includes built in bar, open fire place, drop down screen and excellent lighting.

THE MEETING PLACE

The Meeting Place room is an ‘L’ shaped room suitable for smaller weddings and conference groups. The room is light filled and overlooks the reflection pond and bridge and has a large paved area adjacent to the room suitable for any outside catering or team building exercises.

The room has full length windows (with block out blinds), built in dance floor and bar, sound system and excellent lighting.

THE BARREL ROOM

The Barrel Room is a venue with a difference, this is the storage room for the wooden wine barrels built below the DeVine function room.

Earthy smells, dimmed lighting, no natural light but ideal for a banquet wine dinner for 40 guests or post conference drinks or wine tasting. Your guests will not expect this.

ROSE GARDEN

The Rose Garden provides a tranquil romantic setting, perfect for your wedding ceremony.

The planting conducted by our gardener will give colour to your ceremony at all times of the year. This venue is also suitable for a conference catering area or breakout area.

Note some catering packages may include the hire price of the Rose Gardens.

REFLECTION POND AND BRIDGE

The Reflection Pond and Bridge provides a tranquil romantic setting, perfect for your wedding ceremony or pre dinner drinks.

THE OAKS TREES

The Oak Trees are an ideal summer wedding ceremony venue where you and your guests can shelter in the shade of these large oak trees.

Casual seating and white tulle will highlight the area nicely.
